Deep down, I have this I built a wall biden built a humanit arian catastrophe american flag shirt unyielding intense need to understand everything. Doesnt matter what it is, I must understand things. I love facts and science, but I especially love knowing how things work and why. Some of my favorite things include space, human anatomy, the human brain, machines, mechanisms, most engineering subjects but particularly, mechanical/structural/electrical engineering, computer science and programming, math and physics (just to name a few). Math in particular is especially dear to me, but it wasnt always. Initially I used to hate it because teachers were so dogmatic and authoritative, so I was mostly learning to do as I was told. But in college I realized if I wanted to be successful as an engineer I was gonna have to get good or at least comfortable at practicing math. So I did, alot, LIKE ALOT! Man I used to memorize sheets of math problems then write em down on notebooks just to practice because I couldnt always carry my books with me. I developed a habit of always having notebooks and pencils with me. I always practice math, learned alot of trig, calculus 1-3, ordinary and partial differential equations, linear algebra and even messed around a bit with tensors but yea thats a bit tough I need more practice! Im not good at it, but im not intimidated anymore and im quite comfortable practicing. I forget stuff all the time but I often review it and find projects to work on to apply this stuff. However, my absolute biggest love is robotics.

I FUCKING LOVE ROBOTS! I used to make fake robots out of christmas lights and aluminum foil as a I built a wall biden built a humanit arian catastrophe american flag shirt. I learned to do it for real in college, but it was always group projects mainly decided by others where I played some roles but wasnt fully able to pursue my interests. I eventually started a robotics company, no money and no idea how to make money, but lots of ideas for new projects. I figured some day i could get a grant or a contract. Its been roughly 4 years and I havent gotten any funding for my projects yet, mostly I think its been a tough learning curve. Usually the feedback on my proposals suggest a strong weakness in terms of long term commercialization. Basically, even when Ive gotten the engineering stuff right I still dont have the sales or biz skills to pull it off. I love making lists, I make lists for everything. If I dont make lists I feel like im slacking off. I think alot all day every day, my projects are the primary focus and it doesnt matter what im doing my projects are always on my mind. I do alot of simulations and calculations and write up design specifications in preparation for my proposals and this often requires keeping up with the state of the art in any new tech that can be applied to robotics. I prefer thinking things through and having a plan, usually my plans are extremely detailed, and I often have multiple contingencies and strategies in case of failure. I often contemplate things in terms of possible outcomes and the various strategies to achieve them. Usually by the time I decide to pursue a goal its practically guaranteed and almost always achieve my goals (mainly my business has been the only failure and the goals within it).
