The little dog depended on someone & look what peril, hate, & evil they did to him. It’s unforgivable to give anyone a pass on this. The House passed a bill on animal cruelty this year. Guess it’s still sitting on Mitch McConnell’s desk like the rest of the 250 bills McConnell refuses a Senate vote on. This president encourages hate & evil. His hate is being assorbed by the worst in the country & is ruining America. Who gives a pass on evil…that’s Trump & his supporters.

Another thing is the frkn dog pounds or animal rescue leagues are to blame too. When u need to surrender a pet for whatever reason it cost money, and some ppl don’t have money. If it were free this would save abused and neglected animals too. Im not blaming them for this Im just stating a fact.
