I lost m one of my precious daughters and recently a wonderful grandson. I found you need to give yourself time to think. My late sister in law buried two husbands. One forty years after the other one. And she told me that there are times when she’d be walking somewhere and catch a scent or see a particular bird and it would remind her of her  husband and she’d cry. I like I’m A Nurse, Bengals Fan And I’m Pretty Much Perfect Shirt if the tears ever stopped and she gave me a sad hug and gently told me You never want the tears to stop.
