It wasn’t easy and it isn’t for everybody but here’s what happened. I started out at 286 lbs after having gestational diabetes with both of Sometimes I run to burn off the delicious chocolate I ate other. Nothing worked for me to get the weight off. I started off on the treadmill had to find an anger outlet that’s a whole other story. 30 minutes a day every day.

I cut out all carbs and sugars to shock my system. It worked. The weight fell off. I did allow myself a cheat day or 2 a week. Kept running on the treadmill up to an hour a day and Sometimes I run to burn off the delicious chocolate I ate other. Every day. I stopped eating at 3 in the afternoon. Nothing to eat after 3. The weight came off even faster. When I started on the treadmill it took me 26 minutes to do a mile.

I pretty much ate what I wanted for lunch but then that was it for the day. Like I said, it’s not for everyone. There were times the weight wouldn’t come off so I just upped the incline,speed and time on the treadmill to push through and Sometimes I run to burn off the delicious chocolate I ate other. I’m currently running 3 miles a day and do watch what I eat but just not as severe as when I started. I never did give up pizza or chocolate though. My faves.
